Semi-Automatic Amston Filter Press - SA Series

Filter presses can dewater a wide variety of sludge and slurry produced in wastewater treatment, and chemical and mineral processing. These include sludges and slurries produced from dissolved air flotation, DAF, sedimentation, precipitation, biological and chemical processing.

The Amston SA Filter Press Series is ideal for slurry and sludge dewatering within small to medium volumes.

The Amston SA Filter Press is the next step above the Amston MH Series. It includes an electro hydraulic power pack for closing of the plate pack, no manual operation is required. Sizing is available between 40 and 852 Litres.

The filter plates are available in sizes from 470 x 470 through to 1500 x 1500mm.

Automatic Hydraulic Pump The SA Amston Filter press is closed by using a long-stroke double-acting hydraulic ram operated by hydraulic motorised pump. Direction of oil is selected by changing the handle position of the direction valve.

Plates for the Amston Filter Press are made in one homogenous piece for superior strength and durability.
