AMSTON Filter Presses for slurry and sludge dewatering are available in a number of configurations. The filter press range includes manual, semi automatic and fully automatic presses.

The final configuration would be recommended by AJM Environmental Services based on the sludge and slurry properties, operating hours, the desired dry cake solid content, and also sludge volume reduction.

Filter presses can dewater a wide variety of sludge and slurry produced in wastewater treatment, and chemical and mineral processing. These include sludges and slurries produced from dissolved air flotation, DAF, sedimentation, precipitation, biological and chemical processing.

Manual Filter Press - Amston MH Series Manual filter press for small volumes of sludge or slurry. Chamber volume of 20 - 800 Litres.

Semi-Automatic Filter Press - Amston SA Series Semi automatic filter press for small, medium and large volumes of sludge or slurry. Chamber volume of 20 - 2000 Litres.

Fully Automatic Filter Press - Amston DA Series Fully automatic filter press for medium to large sludge and slurry volumes. Chamber volume of 150 - 7500 Litres.

Optional Features A number of options and accessories are available for each filter press; including Air Trac plate shifter, cloth vibration, Bombay doors and membrane squeeze.
